Cheese & Sauerkraut Toasted Sandwich

Ingredients

· 4 slices of bread, buttered
· Caramelised onion relish
· Handful of baby spinach
· 6 slices of Angel Food cheddar
· About 3 tbsp Living Goodness Beetroot Sauerkraut

Method (makes two toasted sandwiches)

-Place two slices of bread (buttered side down) on a sandwich press, toastie maker or large frypan.
-Spread a light layer of onion relish over the slices of bread.
-Place a handful of spinach on each slice.
-Top with slices of cheese and sauerkraut and lastly the top slices of bread, butter side up.
If using a toastie maker or sandwich press, pull the lid down and cook until the bread is golden and cheese melted. If using a pan, place a lid over the pan while cooking and flip the toasted sandwich halfway. This will ensure the cheese melts deliciously.
