Angel Food mozzarella melts easily to a gorgeous smooth consistency. Try it as a tasty topping on your pizza, melted over your vege bake or try it sliced with vine ripened tomatoes and basil for an insalata caprese, prego!

As well as being dairy-free and vegan, it’s gluten-free, and contains no soy or nuts

 
 

Ingredients

Water, sunflower oil, modified pea and maize starch (1420, 1450), salt, sugar, mineral salt (calcium phosphate), yeast extract, vegetable gum (xanthan, carageenan), acid (citric acid, lactic acid), colour (carotene).

usage & Storage

  • Once opened, store the mozzarella 7 to 10 days in an airtight container.

  • Grate it, freeze it and use it for melting and cooking.

  • Store for up to 3 months in the freezer
