Pesto Pizza with Cherry Tomatoes

 

Ingredients:

A classic Margherita pizza with our melty Angel Food Mozzarella, made even better with tasty pops of delicious dairy-free pesto drizzled over the top.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Prep the pizza. Get your pizza base and spread the tomato pizza sauce evenly.

  3. Sprinkle Angel Food Mozzarella over the sauce. Then add cherry tomatoes and button mushrooms over the cheese and place in the oven.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the base is cooked and cheese melted.

  5. Take the pizza out of the oven and drizzle homemade vegan pesto over the top and serve!
