No Bake Berry Cheesecake
3 Tbsp dairy-free yoghurt
3 Tbsp Nature’s Charm coconut condensed milk
1 packet gingernut biscuits
Fresh berries of your choiceIngredients
Blend the ginger nut biscuits in food processor until they’ve formed a fine crumb. Place a couple of spoons of the crumb mixture at the bottom of each jar and press firmly to create the cheesecake bases.
Blend together in a food processor the coconut condensed milk, dairy-free yoghurt, and Angel Food Dairy-Free Cream Cheese.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the jars
For the berry cheesecake, alternate between cheesecake mixture, and fresh fruit layers. For the Gingernut cheesecake, alternate the cheesecake mixture with the biscuit crumb mixture as you build the layers of the cheesecake.
Top with fresh berries, chill for a couple of hours, and enjoy!
