Baked Jalapeño Poppers
Preheat the oven to 225C. Let the cream cheese soften outside the fridge for 30 mins before preparing.
Slice the jalapeño’s in half and de-seed.
Roast jalapeño’s for 15 minutes.
Whilst the jalapeño’s are roasting, put the cream cheese into a large bowl. Whip/blend with lemon juice, fold in coriander and green onion.
Once jalapeño’s are roasted, remove from oven, spoon cream cheese mixture into each half of jalapeño, return to the oven for 5 minutes to warm and soften.
Take out of oven and sprinkle with any leftover herbs for garnish, serve immediately.
