Ingredients
Water, modified pea and maize starch (1420, 1450), sunflower oil, salt, sugar, mineral salt (calcium phosphate), natural flavours, yeast extract, acid (citric acid, lactic acid), colour (carotene), vegetable gum (xanthan), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Please note: our grated cheddar alternative uses a different formulation containing potato starch and coconut oil.
usage & Storage
Once opened, store the cheddar for 7-10- days in an airtight container.
Grate it, freeze it and use it for melting and cooking.
Store for up to 3 months in the freezer.
