Potatoes au Gratin
10 medium potatoes
3 brown onions
1/2 cup Angel Food Cheesy Sauce Mix
3 cups oat milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sunflower or rice bran oil
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 cup grated Angel Food Cheddar
Slice potatoes and boil for 15 minutes.
Chop onions, add to a pan with sunflower or rice bran oil and fresh thyme and sauté until translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Make up Angel Food Cheesy Sauce Mix according to instructions, then add wholegrain mustard and olive oil and stir through sauce.
Remove cream cheese from tub and thinly slice.
Layer potatoes to the bottom of a casserole dish, add a layer of sliced cream cheese, a layer of onion, and another layer of potato. Repeat with one more layer of cream cheese, onion, and potatoes on top.
Pour Cheesy Sauce Mix over the potatoes, top with grated Angel Food Cheddar. Put a lid or tinfoil over the top of the casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
