Parmesan & Garlic Mashed Potatoes


  • 6 medium sized potatoes peeled and cubed 

  • 3 garlic cloves 

  • 2 Tbsp dairy free butter 

  • ½ cup dairy free milk 

  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste) 

  • 2 Tbsp Angel Food Dairy-Free Parmesan


  1. Put potatoes and garlic in a large pan. Cover with water and bring to boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

  3. Drain well and mash with dairy free butter, dairy free milk, and salt. Then stir in the Angel Food Parmesan.
