Easy Cheesy Dip
1/3 cup of Angel Food Cheesy Sauce Mix
2 cups of non-dairy milk
2 red capsicums
a couple of cloves of garlic finely diced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
pinch of salt & pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 TBSP oil
Heat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a dressing for the capsicum by mixing together diced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil in a small bowl.
Cut capsicums in half and drizzle the dressing over them. Roast in the oven until they get lightly charred.
Whilst the capsicums are roasting, prepare the cheesy sauce mix as per the instructions. 1/3 a cup of powder to 2 cups of non-dairy milk.
When the capsicums and cheesy sauce are both ready, let them cool and then blitz together with a stick blender. Serve with chips, vege sticks, or whatever else you feel like dipping in this delicious cheesy goodness!
