Cheesy Scones



  • 3 cups flour

  • 2 tbsp baking powder

  • 3 tbsp cheesy sauce powder

  • 2 tbsp garlic chives

  • 80g dairy-free butter

  • Between 1 and 1 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk

  • 1 cup grated cheddar

For gluten-free, use a GF flour and soy milk.


  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Cut in 80g of non-dairy butter, then slowly add non-dairy milk whilst stirring.

  3. Add grated Angel Food Cheddar and knead the dough gently.

  4. Place dough on a floured baking tray and cut into squares.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 200C.
