Cauliflower Cheese

  • Half a chopped cauliflower

  • 3 cups non-dairy milk

  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard

  • 1/2 cup Angel Food Cheesy Sauce Mix

  • Handful of chopped fresh thyme


  • Steam chopped cauliflower in a saucepan with a sprinkle of salt with the lid on and 2 inches of water at the bottom, cook for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender but slightly crunchy.

  • Whisk the Angel Food Cheesy Sauce mix and the non-dairy milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it thickens, 7-10 minutes.

  • Mix the wholegrain mustard and thyme through the cheesy sauce mix, and then pour over cauliflower, garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
