Cauliflower Cheese
Ingredients
Half a chopped cauliflower
3 cups non-dairy milk
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1/2 cup Angel Food Cheesy Sauce Mix
Handful of chopped fresh thyme
Instructions
Steam chopped cauliflower in a saucepan with a sprinkle of salt with the lid on and 2 inches of water at the bottom, cook for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender but slightly crunchy.
Whisk the Angel Food Cheesy Sauce mix and the non-dairy milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it thickens, 7-10 minutes.
Mix the wholegrain mustard and thyme through the cheesy sauce mix, and then pour over cauliflower, garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
