Beetroot Feta & Cheddar Vege Burgers
Preheat the oven to 180C. Place thinly sliced pumpkin on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Bake in oven until soft and crisp around edges.
Bake The Cool Gardner beetroot and feta patties in the oven for 13-15 mins.
Assemble all the rest of the ingredients in turmeric burger bun, and enjoy with some chunky chips, or Proper Crisps on the side!
