  • 1/2 cup Angel Food Cheesy Sauce Mix

  • 3 cups soy milk (use different plant-based milk for soy-free)

  • 1/2 cup olives

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

  • Handful fresh basil

  • 1/2 cup artichokes

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 500g linguine pasta


  1. Cook pasta as per instructions.

  2. Whisk together soy milk and Angel Food Cheesy Sauce Mix in a skillet. Place over low-medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring regularly.

  3. Drain pasta and then add to skillet. Add olives, sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach, basil, and artichokes and stir through.
