Dairy-Free Mozzarella Recipes
Ingredients
Water, sunflower oil, modified pea and maize starch (1420, 1450), salt, sugar, mineral salt (calcium phosphate), yeast extract, vegetable gum (xanthan, carageenan), acid (citric acid, lactic acid), colour (carotene).
Please note: our grated mozzarella uses a different formulation containing potato starch and coconut oil.
usage & Storage
Once opened, store the mozzarella for up to 7 days in an airtight container.
Grate it, freeze it and use it for melting and cooking.
Store for up to 3 months in the freezer
