Angel Food cheddar is perfect grated, sliced or melted to a beautiful smooth consistency. Try it as a tasty topping on your pizza, grate it over some pasta, stuff it in your mushrooms or pair with broccoli for a healthy scrumptious soup.
As well as being dairy-free and vegan, it’s gluten-free, and contains no soy or nuts
Ingredients
Water, modified pea and maize starch (1420, 1450), sunflower oil, salt, sugar, mineral salt (calcium phosphate), natural flavours, yeast extract, acid (citric acid, lactic acid), colour (carotene), vegetable gum (xanthan).
usage & Storage
- Once opened, store the cheddar up to 14 days in an airtight container.
- Grate it, freeze it and use it for melting and cooking.
- Store for up to 3 months in the freezer.
