Healthy Cheesy Zoodles



  • 250g wholemeal spaghetti

  • 1 cup spiralized carrots

  • 1 cup spiralized zucchini

  • 1/3 cup of Angel Food Cheesy Sauce Mix

  • 2 cups plant-based milk

    Vegan Mince

  • 1 onion, diced

  • Sunfed chicken free chicken

  • 2 cups button mushrooms, diced

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tins of tomato, or 1 jar of tomato passata

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil (or handful of fresh basil)

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • salt to taste

  • Sprinkle of Angel Food Parmesan


  1. Cook wholemeal spaghetti as per instructions. Once cooked, mix the spiralized carrot and zucchini through the pasta.

  2. Prepare the Cheesy Sauce mix as per instructions on packet.

  3. To prepare the mince, heat the sunflower oil in a pan and add the diced onion and mushrooms. Cook until the onion has softened, then add garlic, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar. Cook another couple of minutes.

  4. Add tomato tins/passata to the pan and stir through. Place a lid over the pan and let it simmer for around 15 minutes.

  5. Add herbs, spices, salt and Sunfed Chicken free Chicken, and cook another 5 minutes.

  6. Serve up and enjoy with a sprinkle of Angel Food Parmesan on top and some fresh basil!
