I have a problem when I make pizzas. I always want to put waaaay tooooooooooo much stuff on top!
This time I was restrained, and it meant that far less of the toppings ended up in our laps.
But the best trick with this pizza was semi-mashing a drained can of kidney beans into the tomato base - it thickened up the sauce, added texture and protein, and the beans didn't roll off!
I topped it with slices of Gran Chorizo and mozzarella.
We had steamed greens/corn on the side, which enabled me to resist stacking the toppings too high!
