3 cupsdairy-free cheese sauce

2 cupsdry macaroni Use gluten-free macaroni if required.

1 Tbspdairy-free pesto (e.g. 1 cup fresh basil leaves, 2 tablespoons chopped nuts, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons dairy-free parmesan, salt and pepper to taste)

¼ cupsundried tomatoes, chopped

¼ cupdairy-free mozzarella Grated

Dairy-free parmesan To top
Instructions
- Step 1Prepare/heat cheese sauce.
- Step 2Cook and drain macaroni.
- Step 3Stir cheese sauce, pesto and sundried tomato gently through cooked pasta.
- Step 4Divide between individual oven-safe dishes, cover with mozzarella, sprinkle with parmesan and grill for 3 minutes until tops are browned.
