½ cupAngel Food dairy-free cheesey sauce mix
- Step 1Combine polenta and cheesey sauce mix in a bowl and set aside.
- Step 2Bring the water to the boil in a large pot.
- Step 3Stir the dry ingredients into the boiling water - simmer, stirring constantly, until the polenta is cooked. (Cooking time varies greatly according to which type of polenta you use.)
- Step 4Pour into a baking dish or cake tin to set. (No need to oil or line the pan - the polenta doesn't stick.)
- Step 5When cool, slice and fry or grill or bake.
