    Angel Food dairy-free cheesey sauce mix
  • 4 cups


  1. Step 1
    Combine polenta and cheesey sauce mix in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Step 2
    Bring the water to the boil in a large pot.
  3. Step 3
    Stir the dry ingredients into the boiling water - simmer, stirring constantly, until the polenta is cooked. (Cooking time varies greatly according to which type of polenta you use.)
  4. Step 4
    Pour into a baking dish or cake tin to set. (No need to oil or line the pan - the polenta doesn't stick.)
  5. Step 5
    When cool, slice and fry or grill or bake.
