    kale leaves
  • 2 Tbsp
    Angel Food dairy-free parmesan alternative
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil


  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180 celsius.
  2. Step 2
    Wash and dry the kale leaves.
  3. Step 3
    Remove the stalks and tear the leaves into big pieces.
  4. Step 4
    In a large bowl, combine the oil and parmesan alternative.
  5. Step 5
    Add the kale and stir to coat as evenly as possible.
  6. Step 6
    Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until crisp.
