- Step 1Preheat oven to 180 celsius.
- Step 2Wash and dry the kale leaves.
- Step 3Remove the stalks and tear the leaves into big pieces.
- Step 4In a large bowl, combine the oil and parmesan alternative.
- Step 5Add the kale and stir to coat as evenly as possible.
- Step 6Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until crisp.
